Disasters in our world are increasing – conflict, flooding, cyclones, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, wild fires… the list goes on. NCM Canada encourages “compassion as a lifestyle” and will provide support for local churches who are responding to needs of people impacted by disasters in their community.

DISASTER RESPONSE - CANADA
Disasters within Canada have increased in both numbers and severity. NCM Canada, in partnership with the Salvation Army Canada, is offering training in disaster preparedness, mitigation, and response. NCM Canada is encouraging local church to respond to disasters and is willing to partner with local churches who are responding. Each gift will be used as designated except where any given need has been fully met or in the case when the specified project(s) cannot be reasonably carried out, then the donor agrees that the designated gift may be used where it is needed most.
